Recently MusicSpeak was selected to submit songs to online radio station Jango.com where visitors listen for FREE to custom play lists that they themselves create, edit, recommend, share, become a fan of, and rate. Within the first 36 hours of the MusicSpeak Station going live we received ~1600 plays spanning four select songs from the debut album (MusicSpeak 'room to sustain') and MusicSpeak earned regular rotation.

Musicspeak® Education Program updates:

Musicspeak Education Program is directed by Gary Williams and offering private instruction, several workshops, and much more for drums, guitar, and bass students. There are several additonal workshops, as well as referrals for keyboard and vocal students, extra work with school band students, auditions, music business law and even gear selection!

MusicSpeak Education Program book series has been ongoing work in progress since the early 1990's. This is exclusive Musicspeak Education Program curriculum, and was designed to give long term results within a short term. MusicSpeak® is once again the victim of cybersquatting (re: musicspeak.COM):

A note about the musicspeak.COM domain name and "cybersquatting" which is, for example: the act of using a registered trademark (in this case; Musicspeak®) in bad faith, particularly to cause confusion with potential customers of the established brand. This is what is happening with the musicspeak.COM domain name. Making that domain URL address APPEAR as an extension (it is NOT) of The Official Online Home of MUSICSPEAK ® (musicspeak.net) is causing a redirection of our resources and Internet traffic to try to profit from the MUSICSPEAK, INC. owned registered trademark. By trying to derail customers and supporters into clicking on the links by using our brand name adds profitable hits (and dangerous for the user) to the Michael Christopher / WebAir.com (currently holding over 45,000 doman names) registered web address. In addition to cybersquatting, trademark infringement elevates this case to a more serious legal matter. This is been extremely damaging to the established MUSICSPEAK brand, especially at the time of several album releases documented in worldwide territories and highly focused around MusicSpeak MP3 Music Downloads. Information and documents for this case have been gathered in the years since the original cybersquatting case against Whiting Music of Nashville, TN was decided by The National Arbitration Forum in 2006. The result of that case (in which the musicspeak.COM domain name was initially a part of, before the domain name was transfered by Jamey Whiting as a last ditch effort to keep the domain away from us) was so strongly in our favor that the judge awarded an unusual "immediate transfer "of the domain names. This update notice is DIRECT CONFIRMATION from the trademark owner of MusicSpeak that THE CURRENT 'MUSICSPEAK.COM' HAS NO AFFILIATION OR CONNECTION WITH MUSICSPEAK®. If you go to musicspeak.COM you are putting a serious potential risk on your computer and security of your hard drive, IP address, and identity.

The http://musicspeak.wordpress.com blog URL was recently acquired by MusicSpeak, Inc. due to an issue where the former blogger was using the Registered Trademark URL without permission.
